Buying and selling
Use /auction to browse listings. Hold an item and use /auction sell <price> to list it. Purchased items are claimed from the purchased-items area.
Fees and duration
There is no listing fee. A 5% sale fee is deducted from the seller payout when an item sells. Listings do not expire automatically; the seller can remove an unsold listing.
Listing limits
Every player can hold up to 200 concurrent Auction House listings. The limit is the same for free players and all ranks; it exists only to prevent abuse.
Four-step market flow
From inventory to payout.
List an item
Hold the exact item or stack you want to sell, enter a valid price, and confirm that the listing appears in your selling-items view.
Browse and buy
Open the market, inspect the item, quantity, seller, and price, then confirm the purchase. The listed price is what the buyer pays.
Claim a purchase
Purchased items are held in the purchased-items area. Claim them with free inventory space instead of expecting immediate delivery to your hotbar.
Cancel an unsold listing
Open your active listings and remove the unsold item. Listings are permanent until purchased or removed by their seller.
