Automatic delivery
Enter the correct Minecraft username at checkout. The store runs the advertised in-game delivery commands after payment. Rank permissions and seasonal rewards should then appear on that Minecraft account.
Missing delivery
Restart the client and confirm that the purchase username matches your account. If the package is still missing, open a Purchase Support ticket and provide the transaction ID and Minecraft username.
